Attorney Antonellis concentrates his practice primarily in commercial and residential real estate transactions. He also represents multiple commercial lending institutions. In addition to the transactional part of his real estate practice, Attorney Antonellis is actively involved in all aspects of Land Use Law including but not limited to providing representation for clients who are engaged in permitting real estate developments in municipalities throughout the Metro West. He regularly represents clients before Planning Boards, Zoning Boards of Appeals, Conservation Commissions, and various state agencies including but not limited to the Department of Environmental Protection, the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission, and the Cannabis Control Commission.
In addition to permitting numerous single and multifamily residential developments as well as a variety of commercial and industrial projects, Attorney Antonellis acted as counsel in the permitting of two golf courses, a 325 megawatt gas fired power plant and two bituminous concrete facilities. He has worked in concert with some of the Commonwealth’s most respected engineering and environmental firms. Attorney Antonellis also has extensive experience in representing applicants seeking state and local approvals to cultivate and proceeds and distribute Cannabis related products.
Attorney Antonellis is a former member of REBA’s Zoning and Land Use Committee and a former director of the Worcester County Bar Association.
